Output Data Formats

The output data products produced by the PST Processing Modes are stored in a range of file formats, some of which are commonly used in Pulsar Timing software. The file formats are described below including the Processing Mode that generates them.

• PSRDADA Files (Voltage Recorder, Flow Through)

• PSRFITS Files (Detected Filterbank, Pulsar Timing)

• VDIF UDP Streams (VLBI)

• Statistics HDF5 Files (All Processing Modes)
