ska-tango-images-hdbpp-es-timescaledb

This image contains hdbpp-es built against cppTango and libhdpp-timescale. hdbpp-es provides the event subscriber device server for HDB++. The version provided by this images stores archive data in a TimescaleDB database.

Summary

Release 0.7.4 of ska-tango-images provides the 2.4.7 tag of the ska-tango-images-hdbpp-es-timescale OCI image.

The image uses ska-tango-images-tango-admin as a base image and so provides the same features, in addition to the hdb++es-srv entry point.

The image also provides a hdbppes-srv symlink to hdb++es-srv to allow use of the image with the ska-tango-util helm chart.

This image has a following pair of temporary SKA patches applied to libhdbpp-timescale:

• 0001-Use-ON-CONFLICT-DO-NOTHING-when-inserting-data-event.patch

• 0002-DbConnection-reconnect-Don-t-mark-as-disconnected-on.patch

Usage Example

To launch the “1” instance of the hdbpp-es device server, connecting to TANGO_HOST run the following:
