SKA Pulsar and Fast-Transient Search Candidate Visualiser

The PSS candidate viewer is a tool for creating plots to visualise the output from a PSS search pipeline. The current version of the viewer can be used on single-pulse candiate output, after running Cheetah with an SPS pipeline enabled. Capability for viewing folded pulsar candidates, after running an FDAS pipeline, will be added in the future.
