1. This **longRunningCommand**, initiated by the TMC CentralNodeLow, **doesn't require any input arguments**.
2. It serves to power on the subsystem devices. Upon receipt of **ON state events** from the CSP/SDP/MCCS Subsystems, the telescopeState attribute transitions to the **ON** state, while the adminMode attribute should be set to **ONLINE** for MCCS and CSP.
3. In case of any **exceptions or errors** in the lower subsystems or TMC devices, these issues are relayed to the CentralNodeLow.
