ska_ser_devices is a library for interfacing with hardware.

Many kinds of hardware are software-controllable via standard or de facto standard interfaces, languages and protocols. Examples include SCPI, MODBUS, SNMP, Visa, etc. The ska_ser_devices package exists to provide common, shared implementations of elements of these interfaces.
