SKA SDP Spectral Line Imaging Pipeline
======================================

The Spectral Line Imaging pipeline has following steps (in its default order):

1. Read visibilities from MSv4 formatted zarr file (also called "processing set" in xradio terms)

2. Predict model visibilities from continuum images

3. Perform continuum subtraction on visibilities using model visibilities

4. (Optional) Perform flagging of visibilities

5. Run imaging to generate spectral FITS cubes as output.
