Parameters:

  • sparse_ft_class – StreamingDistributedFFT class object

  • G_2_path – the hdf5 file path of G

  • FG_2_path – the hdf5 file path of FG

  • chunksize – size of chunk

  • client – dask client

Returns:

G_2_path, FG_2_path
