SKA SDP Continuum Imaging Quality Assessment Metrics

The Continuum Imaging Quality Assessment (QA) Metrics tool computes a set of metrics for evaluating the quality of continuum imaging products.

The package is designed to be used as a command-line tool, and it also provides a Python API for more flexible use cases. The CLI takes a FITS image and a reference sky model, runs a source finder, matches detected sources against the reference model, and produces output products that include a matched catalogue, summary of metrics, intermediate numerical arrays, and a diagnostic plot.
