MultipleChannelTx

Overview
----------

This plugin is responsible for managing the TPM FPGA firmware multiple course
channel transmission. This module is not currently included in the TPM FPGA 
firmware by default but can optionally be included instead of the tile and
station beamformers to allow the FPGA to output multiple course channels.
