Power Consumption Test

Purpose
=======
This test checks the TPMs power consumption after initialising a station of TPMs is below the required threshold of 124W for a TPM with preADUs fitted or 99W for those without. The measurement is taken under maximum load conditions:

* Station initialised, synchronised and beamforming the full 300 MHz bandwidth.
* The internal ADC noise signal generator turned on.
* The antenna buffer running and continuously capturing to a circular buffer of the full DDR memory.

**NOTE:** Only runs when the --power argument is specified

Methodology
===========
1. The station is initialised with full bandwidth, the antenna buffer on and an internal ADC noise signal generator turned on.
2. To verify that the initialization is successful, the data rate of packets being streamed to the CSP destination is checked against expected values.
3. For each TPM in a station the power consumption is checked against the threshold.
4. The whole test is repeated a specified number of times.
