Component lifecycle =================== Each Component manages the lifecycle of its connection to a subsystem TANGO device. This includes: - establishing the initial connection to the device; - detecting loss of connectivity; - handling device restarts or temporary unavailability; - exposing a coherent view of the subsystem state during these phases. From the perspective of CSP.LMC, components may transition between connected, disconnected, unknown, or offline conditions depending on the availability and administrative state of the underlying device. Lifecycle handling is designed to be resilient to deployment ordering and transient failures, which are common in distributed CSP deployments where subsystems may start, stop, or reconnect independently.
